Access requirements
You must sign in through Access Evo, belong to an organisation, and have a role linked to an active Access Learning Create subscription.
đ Note: To see the Publish button you must have Access LMS and be an admin on that product.
User roles
The product recognises Administrator and Creator roles.
Both roles can create/edit/export courses and add/update the organisation context document.
Only Admins can publish content. A Creator must submit courses for publish.
Admins can see all content created and published by other admins. They cannot see courses created by Creators, until they are submitted for publish.
Creators can only see courses they have created.
To add additional users, Evo admins should use the Members tab to give them access to Create.
Navigate the product
Home: View and find all courses plus choose to create a new course.
Create a course: Create a blank course, or use AI to create a course from source material or a topic title.
Organisation context: Manage the organisationâs shared branding document.
Troubleshooting
If Access Learning Create is missing, try the following:
Refresh Access Evo.
Confirm you are signed into the correct organisation.
Confirm your organisation has an active subscription.
